Favio Ltd supports both home-to-office and remote-to-office connections. This includes GPRS, 3G,ADSL, modem or WiFi using, Blackberry, PDA, portable laptops, or home desktops.

 

Favio Ltd technicians are equipped with 3G conectors that allow them to maintain and repair remote users machines. It also means that if there is an urgent issue, even if our technician is in transit, he/she can stop and connect into client sites from the side of the road.

 

Favio Ltd have installed SSL routers at their own site and at certain client sites. These routers allow secure access back to remote machines. This means that, provided the remote user can access the internet, that Favio technicians can connect onto the remote machine and repair any problems…..wherever they are in the world. Our record is repairing a user’s laptop in India!

 

Where connection is an important part of our client’s business, we encourage two methods of external connection. Our biggest clients use SSL routers and an alternative hardware or software VPN (virtual private network).
